Harassment Investigation: Level Two. A three-day training program specifically designed for investigators - or those with investigation experience. This training was presented in September, 2011 by Hill Advisory Services.
Training Outline: Guidance through interviewing witnesses; developing a witness statement and obtaining sign-off for the statement; and preparing questions for the witnesses to a complaint of harassment. On the completion of witness interviews, participants prepare for and action re-direct interviews with the primary parties to this complaint.
