Seeing a Psychologist...
It is not unusual for people to seek psychological treatment when they feel overwhelmed by how they feel, events in their lives or when they or they are having difficulty changing their behavior.
I’ve adopted a collaborative, active, problem-solving approach to psychological treatment. I provide psychological service to individuals, groups and organizations to help deal with mental health issues and/or to improve communication, anger management, relaxation, or assertiveness.
Life changes can be quite stressful. Sometimes such changes are positive and what you want (new relationships, moving to a new place), at other times they are unavoidable and unwanted (changing jobs, getting a divorce, coping with a serious illness in yourself or a family member). Dealing with change sometimes requires more preparation and emotional support to deal with the stress created by the change than usual. Seeing a psychologist can help when people feel overwhelmed.
